Born and raised in the Kansas City Area, I'm a huge fan of the Oregon Ducks, Kansas Jayhawks and Kansas City Chiefs. I love hiking, mountain biking, canoeing and camping. I enjoy live music and Kid Rock is usually playing on my IPod at the gym. I am a member of the ALKC and support the School Bell program and the ReSALE thrift store in Gladstone.
Tom Norris began his Sales and Marketing career in 1985 as a Recruiter for the U.S. Navy. Tom served in the Navy for 10 years before entering corporate sales as an advertising Account Executive. Utilizing the knowledge and skills acquired in advertising, Tom worked as a Business Solutions Specialist/Direct Marketing Specialist for the U.S. Postal Service for 19 years.
In 2011, Tom began his partnership with Sherree Kingman at Ensureon. Tom's Sales and Marketing experience has proved extremely valuable in finding quality sales talent for our clients.

I was born and raised in Kansas City. I am a huge sports fan, especially the Chiefs, Royals and Nascar. I enjoy camping, riding my motorcycle and cooking exceptional barbeque. I began competing on the professional BBQ circuit in 1995. In 2003, my BBQ team, the "Grillas" was the Grand Champions at the American Royal BBQ in Kansas City.
